BCA Foundation (the “Foundation”) is a Delaware nonprofit and nonstock corporation organized and operated exclusively for charitable, scientific, and educational purposes within the meaning of Sections 170(c)(2), 501(c)(3), 2055(a) and 2522(a) of the Internal Revenue Code.

The Foundation has and continues to provide financial help to wounded, ill or injured US Special Operation Forces’ service members and their families under the Special Operations Patriot Fund. Historically the Foundation has provided funds to Blood Center employees who were impacted by natural disasters. Recently the Foundation has begun a program to support the Ukraine.

Other Foundation activities include Iron Research and Patient Centric Transfusion and Hospice Reimbursement.
